Why is your company name different from your license?

It’s very common for businesses to get a DBA license. In our case, we evolved from flooring and walls over 30 yrs ago to being a full time General Contractor.
(What’s a DBA: DBA stands for “doing business as”. A DBA name is also referred to as a “trade name”, “assumed name”, or “fictitious business name”. The purpose of registering a DBA name is to notify the public that a particular person or business entity is conducting business under a name other than its legal name.)

Do you provide all services needed to complete the build and may I choose my own specialists?

Yes, we have every resources like architect, structural engineer, interior designer, framer, roofer, electrician, etc. to do 100% of the building process. If you choose, we are happy to work any specialists you have chosen.
